City of Moreton Bay Road Network Upgrade

Raptor Enviornmental conducted an Ecological Assessment for a 1.3 km road network upgrade which aims to support current and future community needs, particularly those driven by the Major Expansion Area of Waraba. The project involves upgrading the existing two-lane road to a four-lane, median-divided urban corridor. Raptor Environmental assessed the ecological values of the area, reviewed potential impacts and provided avoidance, mitigation and management measures to avoid and minimise ecological impacts as well as identify environmental approvals and permits. These findings provided the City of Moreton Bay with a robust ecological framework to guide responsible development while safeguarding key ecological values.
